Horry County Council voted for the last time on biker rally permits Tuesday night.
The council has been debating for weeks on possibly shortening the seven day permits to five days for the Spring Harley Rally.
At their meeting, council voted that down two votes to ten, which means the permits stay at seven days.
The discussion came after Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson moved its rally to Memorial Day Weekend, which is the same weekend as the Atlantic Beach Bike Fest.
Last year, more than 80 vendors signed up for the Harley rallies.
