Bar fight turns into a shooting investigation

**Update: According to online Horry County court records, charges against Annaliese Testa were dismissed on September 23, 2013.

Myrtle Beach police say four people have been arrested after a shootout outside the 3rd Avenue Sports Bar and Grill around 1:30 Tuesday morning.

The Horry County Coroner's Office has identified the person who was killed as Jamell McFadden, 35, of Kingstree. They say McFadden died at the hospital at 9:25 a.m. Tuesday from his gunshot wound.

Police say several people, including McFadden, were asked to leave the club after an altercation. Once outside, police say a physical fight started which led to shots being fired.

Police have arrested and charged Armondo Chestnut and Corey Myers with murder and attempted murder. Michael Spivey was arrested and charged with assault by mob 2nd degree. Annaliese Testa was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact of murder.

Chestnut, Myers, Spivey and Testa are all being held in the Myrtle Beach jail.
