AWOL man arrested for burglary in Conway

Conway police say they arrested a man who is wanted by the United States Army for being Absent Without Leave after failing to report to his assigned duty station, Ft. Jackson in Columbia.

Phil Graham, 21, of Conway, is one of 3 adults arrested for several break-ins.

He's charged with Possession of Stolen Property and Obtaining Goods under False Pretenses after police say he stole an iPad from a car on Bayside Avenue on September 3 and sold it to a local game store.

Police also arrested Levi Hills, 18, of Conway, and charged him with Possession of Stolen Property and Simple Possession of Marijuana. They say Hills was in possession of jewelry reported stolen from a residence on Ernest Finney Avenue on August 22. He also, according to police, had a small amount of marijuana on him.

Roshad Baldwin, 17, of Conway, is charged with Petit Larceny, Pointing and Presenting a Firearm, Possession of Stolen Property and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana. Police say he used a handgun to rob a person of an iPod on August 7 and threatened to kill the person if he reported it. They say he was found to be in possession of several plastic bags containing marijuana at the time of his arrest.

old juvenile was also arrested and charged with Burglary in connection with a break in on August 29 at a home on Aaron Street. The juvenile was charged and released to his mother.

Police made the arrests after executing a search warrant at a home on Oak Street and finding several stolen items.
