Amber Alert issued for missing North Carolina child

An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing child in North Carolina.

The High Point Police Department is searching for one-year-old Shylin Olanda Neal.

She is described as a black girl with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a turquoise onesie with pink, yellow, and turquoise hearts and blue clog shoes.

She is approximately 18 inches long and weighs 24 pounds.

Shylin's hair is braided with blue and clear beads and she has pink and purple painted toenails.

Shylin was last seen in a vehicle that was stolen from a Food Lion in High Point.

The vehicle is a white 2003 Chevrolet Suburban with North Carolina license tag number BJX1565.

The vehicle has an "I love wake boarding" sticker on the back.
