The third and final man wanted in connection with a drug related incident in Georgetown County has been arrested, according to a release from the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office.
Xavier Rashon Reed, 19, was taken into police custody on August 29 in Myrtle Beach after an investigation and search by law enforcement.
Reed, of Georgetown, has been charged with two counts of Assault and Battery of High and Aggravated Nature, one count of Failure to Stop for Blue Lights and one count of Malicious Injury to Real Property and one count of Driving Under Suspension Second Offense.
According to an earlier press release from the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, Reed, Walker Dwane Bone and Shaquille Walker fled from Agents with the 15th Circuit Drug Enforcement Unit while they were conducting an investigation into narcotics sales on August 11.
Agents say they observed three males, in an SUV engaged in activity consistent with drug sales and numerous traffic infractions.
Agents attempted to stop the vehicle and the car driven by Bone failed to stop and fled from agents.
After traveling a short distance, Bone fled on foot from the still moving vehicle.
The front seat passenger, Reed, then took control of the vehicle.
Reed crashed the SUV into a house at the intersection of Yadkin Ave. and Congaree Lane before attempting to run over agents who were on foot.
Reed, and another passenger, Shaquille Walker, then fled the scene with the vehicle.
