Conway police say Eric Moultrie, 46, of Conway was found in Florence County and has been arrested in connection with accusations that he received money for work he failed to perform.
Moultrie is charged with two counts of Breach of Trust and one count Breach of Trust Over $10,000.
Florence County sheriff's deputies found Moultrie during a traffic stop Friday morning and took him to J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County.
On Monday, June 24, Moultrie approached homeowners in two separate cases and asked for money to pressure wash their houses, according to Conway police.
He told the home owners he needed cash in advance to purchase supplies but never returned after taking the money, police said.
On Wednesday, July 24, Moultrie was hired to wash a vehicle and return it to the owner by 9:30 a.m., police said, but the victim didn't get the car back and was unable to contact Moultrie.
