3D virtual charter school trying to come to South Carolina

A group called Noble Virtual School wants to bring a new, online, three dimensional charter school to South Carolina.

The learning experience is compared to popular games like World of Warcraft, Minecraft and Second Life.

Before Noble Virtual School can become a South Carolina charter school, they must get state approval, and to get that they need parents to sign up.

According to the group, they will have a hearing in front of the Board of Trustees of the South Carolina Public Charter School District on August 6th, and if approved could open in the Fall of 2014.
