21st Annual Pee Dee Deer Classic held in Florence this weekend

If you're looking for something to do for the remainder of the weekend, vendors are still out at the 21st Annual Pee Dee Deer Classic at the Florence Civic Center.

There are more than 175 vendors and more than 400 booths to browse through with items like tree stands, ATVs, hunting cameras, live archery and guns.

Organizers say the family-oriented event has nearly tripled in size since its first year. They said they're expecting more than 15,000 people to show up by the end of the weekend.

"It's a great show. Everything that you could ask for is here to purchase for the upcoming season and there's lots of entertainment too, but bringing celebrities always makes our numbers go up," said Mike Johnson, show promoter.

Organizers said vendors come from as far away as Wisconsin and Minnesota.

The event wraps up Sunday.

Sunday hours are 10am to 6pm at the Florence Civic Center.

Admission is $10 for adults, $3 for children ages 7 to 12. Children 6 and under get in free.
