      Scoville wins mayoral primary runoff in Georgetown


      Georgetown Mayor Jack Scoville won Tuesday's Democratic primary runoff in his bid for re-election.


      Scoville received around 52% of the vote, his challenger City Councilman Rudolph Bradley got 48%.


      Scoville was elected mayor in 2009, before that he served on council.
