Horry County police have charged two people following a domestic dispute.
Officers say around 3:45 a.m. On January 1st they were called to a home on Highway 544 Overpass near Conway.
When they arrived they found a man with a stab wound in the back and a woman with blood coming from her facial area.
The man was taken to Conway Hospital, where he was treated and released for his injuries.
Detectives say during the course of the night, there was an altercation between the two victims that became physical, and both had assaulted each other.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged both.
27-year-old Sarah Lane Toney is charged with Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature
46-year-old Patrick Allen Olberg is also charged with Criminal Domestic Violence of a High and Aggravated Nature.
