Horry County police arrested a Conway couple for several golf cart thefts.

Police say they initiated several investigations because of an increased amount of golf cart thefts, especially in the southern end of the county. On October 17, one person reported he saw his golf cart on the side of Highway 544 near Conway with a "For Sale" sign on it. Detectives responded to the home to investigate.

During the investigation, they arrested Christopher Anthony Rossi, 30, and Kelly Coleen Rossi, 29. Both are charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Goods over $1,000 but less than $5,000 and Obtaining Signature or Property by False Pretenses under $2,000. Christopher Rossi is also charged with Chop Shop.

This investigation is on-going. Detectives urge anyone who may have bought a golf cart or any other property from these two individuals to contact them at (843) 915-5350.
