Bobby Jones,19, was arrested during a traffic stop in Lumberton Wednesday afternoon, according to Fairmont Police Chief Danny Parker.
He's charged with the murder of Daquan Stephens, 16.
Stephens was shot while playing basketball at the Calvin Haggin Park on Linden Street in the Fairmont community of Robeson County, nearly two weeks ago.
Jones is the third person to be arrested.

Stephens died at South Eastern Health in Lumberton.
He was a sophomore at Fairmont High School.
Police say they haven't figured out a motive just yet.
If you know anything that would lead police to McNeill and Rogers, you're asked to call 9-1-1.
