      Second murder suspect surrenders in Roberson County


      Authorities in Robeson County say Julius Rogers,



      20, turned himself in at the Magistrate Office at the Robeson County Detention Center in Lumberton, Thursday afternoon.


      He was wanted for the murder of Daquan Stephens, 16

      , who

      was shot and killed at a basketball court in the Fairmont community of Robeson County, two weeks ago.


      Bobby Jones,19, was arrested Wednesday following a traffic stop in Lumberton. Police are still looking for the alleged trigger
