Pee Dee school burglarized two times in three days

Twice in the past three days someone has broken into Blenheim Elementary-Middle School in Marlboro County.

School officials say last Thursday, the culprit broke a window and climbed inside the media center. They say the thief stole two older model desktop computers that were sitting on a table.

They believe the same burglar struck again this past Sunday evening.

School officials say the thief again broke a window to get inside. They say the person knocked papers off teachers' desks in classrooms, threw books on the floor, and threw crayons and coloring books onto the floor of the guidance counselor's office.

Officials say he or she stole a 55 inch flat-screen television along with a couple of Wii games.

The school just bought the TV a few weeks ago.

The Marlboro County Sheriff's Office is stepping up patrols around the school at night.
