NY church offers reward in missing spring breaker case

According to Crimestoppers, an Albany, NY church is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of Brittanee Drexel.

Drexel is the NY teenager who disappeared while visiting Myrtle Beach on spring break in April of 2009.

Pastor Charlie Muller of Victory Christian Church said through a news release, "I wanted to lend my support to the Drexel family. I think it is important that families of missing children know that they are not alone."

Drexel, 17, was last seen April 25th, 2009, leavig the Blue Water Resort on Ocean Boulevard. In the beginning, detectives tracked her cell phone signals to an area in Georgetown County. It made a b-line for that area shortly after leaving the hotel last year. But, dozens of searches in the area have yielded little in the way of finding Brittanee.
