New harrassment complaint filed by Terry Elvis

A second harrassment complaint filed by Terry Elvis is being investigated by Myrtle Beach police.

Officers were called to Elvis's business in The Market Common on Wednesday according to police.

Elvis told them about a video posted to Facebook, he says when he went out the back of his store to see where the video was recorded, he found a red "x" spray painted.

This is the second harrassment report filed by Terry Elvis.

On February 4, 2014, he called police when he said the passenger of a black Jeep reportedly made a verbal threat to the him.

His daughter, Heather Elvis, disappeared December 18, 2013.

Tammy and Sidney Moorer have been charged with her murder.

They will be in court on Monday for a bond hearing.
