Georgetown police looking for man after clubhouse burglary

Georgetown County sheriff's investigators are asking for the public's help in finding Kristopher Baron Cooper, 37, in connection with the burglary of a clubhouse.

On August 18, two people forced their way through the back door of Wedgefield Plantation Country Club and stole golf clubs, computer equipment and fuel.

The two suspects were seen on surveillance video in a black 4 door car. The two then returned later in an older red Jeep Cherokee.

Mariah Lee Ray, 42, of Georgetown, was arrested in connection with this incident and charged with one count of Petit Larceny.

Cooper is wanted for one count of Burglary Second Degree and one count of Petit Larceny.
