City of Marion names "most wanted" suspect


Marion Police Chief Jim Gray has named the city's "most wanted" suspect.

Dominique Davonah Brand, 20, is wanted for a string of burglaries and weighs about 110 pounds and is about 5'4".

Police say for the past few months, he has reportedly taken part in at least 20, and likely more, burglaries, larcenies and incidents resulting in malicious damage to property warrants.

The incidents have occurred in the city limits and at county properties in or near the city limits the investigator added, making him wanted by Marion County Sherriff's deputies as well.

Marion Police also arrested a juvenile and two other in connection to the robberies.

Officers have arrested Anthony Maurice Thomas and Raven David Brand and a juvenile as suspects in several city burglaries.

During the past two months, police say the four, and possibly others, are suspected of participating in several larcenies, burglaries and vandalism incidents in and around the Marion city limits.
