Celebrity volunteers line up to serve BBQ at the annual Florence County Disabilities Foundation benefit.

Tuesday, the Florence County Disabilities Foundation will hold its annual Celebrity BBQ Benefit. It's great food for a great cause.

The BBQ began at 11:00 a.m. and runs until 7:00 p.m. at Rogers BBQ in Florence, until 7:00 p.m. at Schoolhouse Restaurant in Scranton, and until 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Johnsonville, catered by Schoolhouse Bar-B-Que.

Plates are $7 each and can be purchased in advance or at the door. Eat in, take out or drive thru is available. Homemade desserts will be sold for $1 each and celebrity waiters will work for tips.

Some NewsChannel 15 familiar faces, including Allyson Floyd and Mallory Nicholls, will be there working for tips for the Foundation, which provides services to more than 1,000 individuals with disabilities and special needs.
